Yes, we can check all your invoices and match them against jobs as a preliminary assessment. We then input invoices into your accounts payable system for your approval. We generally prefer an internal member of staff to approve invoices as a means of systems control, but if this is not possible we can tailor a special arrangement for you.
What Accounts Payable System Do You Use?
Our favorite accounts payable system is Xero, which is what we use on most of our clients as well as internally. That said, we have staff trained in over a dozen different accounts payable systems including MYOB, Attache and QuickBooks.
